Hello all,
My name is Travis, and I’m not the biggest fan of showing pictures of myself,But here goes….something
Height:6’1
Age:23
SW:280
CW:240
40lbs lost total so far.
Time:June 6th-May 1st
Here it is,my first side by side comparison.
Probably not the most impressive example of weight loss,But I have to admit that I’m quite impressed with MYSELF. I never thought I’d get even this far.
By no means am I finished yet.
I’ve still got a long way to go.

This is still a “before and during” picture. I have a long way to go! But I can truly say, I’ve never been happier! Some days are harder than others, but I won’t give up! Cardio, weights, Frisbee, swimming and whatever else I feel like doing PLUS healthy eating. :3
My highest was 215 right now I’m unsure of how much I weigh.
My goal is to be fit but somewhere around 118-130 would be fine. In the end I’ll decide when I’m finished and finally satisfied. :D
Last time I checked I lost a total of 65+ pounds.
I’m 5’3” and a half. :3

My final before & after! It took me 5 months to lose 56 pounds, I’m 5’8.5” for reference! it was a hard journey but I’m so proud I did it! Through exercise & clean eating I made a lifestyle change that I plan on maintaining through even harder exercising to tone up. I posted this before and after today instead of once I hit my final 140 because I’m done losing weight, I just want to tone up and watch my body get harder not thinner. Follow for fitness :)

I am 5’4.I started my weight loss journey at 328, January 11th. It is now 5 months since I started and I’ve lost 62 pounds so far. I’ve been on every diet you can imagine since I was 12, but only did it for my dad never for myself. Until finally when I was 18 I stepped on the scale for the first time in almost a year and saw 328 and my heart dropped and knew I had to do something. So the first time, I’m loosing weight for myself and no one else. Clean eating and exercising really does work and this is the smallest I’ve seen in myself in years. The pant size in the first picture is a 26 the pant size in the second picture is an 18! My journey has a long way, but I’m here to tell you If I can do it anyone can. (:

Check me out! I always had an obsession with wanting a flat stomach when I laid down. I’ve been taking pictures of my belly just to see progress. I was shocked as shit to see that my over hang when I lay down is gone ! :-) I still don’t have a flat stomach when I stand, but baby steps :) I’m very excited for this new discovery. You can see the changes from the 3 months. The first picture you can’t really tell, but there was an over hang. Just check out the belly button to see the difference! Gee whiz. What a great day :-)
I would also like to add, I haven’t done not one ab exercise (well maybe like 2-20 minute workouts but that’s it) ;) running rocks your core if you engage it properly!!

Age: 27
I was never really concerned about my looks until I realized how big I actually was.
The heaviest I got was 215 lbs and realized that I wasn’t happy with the way I looked. I took control of my life, lost a whole bunch of weight. Most importantly I made healthier decisions for my body.
Today I would like to report I am in the best shape of my life. My cardio is better, I’m more flexible, and also I feel more powerful and faster than ever before.
Motivation, dedication, and eating clean is what I attribute my fitness and happiness to.
