I’ve been working out and eating better and although the scale say otherwise I highly recommend taking photos. I was feeling a little down when I saw the scale go up but looking at the photos made me feel way better.
Remember that other's people's bodies are just that: OTHER people! Your body will respond to weight loss in its own way, and that's okay!
