So I have/had?? an eating disorder. I used to only eat 400 calories a day if not less..excluding exercise usually.. My boyfriend talked me into doing this thing called the 10 day challenege (‘tallgirlbodytransformation’) properly saying 1200 calories was NORMAL etc. and so I did it. I only lost 2lbs on it (109 to 107) but I am so much stronger, I feel so much healthier, and I lost an inch on my thighs, stomach and arms… it’s crazy, I went from starving to, well, eating, and I still lost weight through exercising loads… no my blog isn’t the best for those also wtih ED’s but any support is welcome, and I’m happy to give help to others because I thought I fell in a trap i oculdnt get out of. And I got out of it. I feel pretty decent haha! :’)
PROOF it CAN be done healthily… or at least I tried and am working on being better about it! xx
