Hello, I was inspired to lose weight as I was writing a book.  I lost 125 pounds by setting a daily caloric limit and slowly but surely slimmed down over the course of a year and a half (no exercising).  I also started following the “Big Breakfast” diet towards the end which I highly recommend!  You can see more before/after pictures by visiting my website: www.isolvedreligion.com.
