It has been a year now since I started this blog. I wanted to compare last May to this May, I’m around 118lbs in both pictures yet I don’t look it at all, my fat percentage has gone down. I haven’t been working out more then 3 days a week, but it all adds up. I also eat far majority of the time very clean.
I’ve come a long way! I’ve learned what healthy eating is, I’ve learned the importance of muscle training and generally gained a lot of really healthy habits that continue to reward me.
