Im 5’5 and currently weigh 129. I used to weigh 123 before I started working out doing cardio 6 days a week as well as weight lifting 4 times a week. Ive put on muscle and my body fat has gone down so remember ladies- JUST BECAUSE THE NUMBER ON THE SCALE GOES UP DOESN’T MEAN YOU GAINED FAT!!! These are some butt shots because Ive been doing a ton of squats and this is where Im currently at!
