i recently posted but the before picture was way less extreme than these ones.
i’v felt really bad about myself lately because it seems like no matter how much i exercise and calorie count my weight still wont budge. so i decided to do some comparing.
my heaviest weight was 180 (i can’t believe i wore such tiny dresses) .. and my lowest was 135, but i went back up to 140 due to some recent stress.
i do a lot of cardio. i have been going to the gym every free day i have. i owe a lot of the weight loss to cutting out every liquid except for water. no soda or juice. just water. it’s been like that for over a year and i would never turn back. not only is it good for your metabolism, but it also makes you feel full, and is great for your skin and less harmful for your teeth.
it took about 10-11 months.
i want to reach 120 by the summer time, and no matter how hard it seems i will always know that it is possible. based on the photos above, everything is possible! if you have any questions feel free to ask. (my blog is far from fitspo, but i love to talk about it)
