This is the proof that no matter how many times you fall down and wanna stop.. if you find the strength to GO ON, you will reach your goal.
Don’t rush, don’t starve, don’t purge.
Just think, eat well and exercise.
I did a lots of mistakes during this year, I starved, I lost weight in the wrong way, I exercised too little.. but then I understood that what I needed was: Health food and good Exercise.
Don’t deprivate yourself, you can eat a piece ofcake or a pizza if you want, you can skip exercise for a day.
It doesn’t matter if your mind is set up.
Learn how to eat, what you eat and when to eat.
Listen to your body, don’t hurt it.
Just enjoy your life and look straight at your goal ♥
