5 ft 7, 13 lbs difference between these photos - 203 lbs left in December, 190 lbs now.process for me, that’s how my body works. That fat is gone. Never coming back.  

I started eating working out in December 2012, going to the gym and walking. That’s how I lost the first bit of weight. However, I wasn’t taking clean eating seriously, so I plateaued (no gain though!). I have now fixed my diet and hope to lose another 30-40 lbs over the next several months. I have grown to love exercise, and enjoy walking. I am doing P90X alongside training to run 5k. I also love swimming. Weight loss is only one part of it. I have more energy, am more toned and am much fitter and healthier. Onwards an upwards!
