Before: top was taken september 2012 just before I left to go to uni and the bottom was taken fireworks night 2012.

Even though I wasn’t consciously doing it I have managed to get myself from a size 18-20 to a size 14. I ate healthily and was doing tons more exercise.

I’m 5’7” and currently weigh around 195lbs, I wasn’t sure how much I weighed before but guessing on how much I’ve lost I should have weight around 17st.

After: I’m happier with who I am, I feel better in my own skin and feel SO much more confident.
