I was never overweight or felt like I had to lose weight, in fact I’ve always been skinny, but I just wanted to be more fit and I knew I just had to work out more for my abs to show. This has been about 3 months work and I love seeing that it pays off. I eat much healthier now, I take body pump and cxworkx classes, and run 2/3 times a week.  I also just feel healthier and more energetic in general when I work out. I am 5’3 and weigh 110 pounds in both pictures.
