I’m 5’3”, and the most I’ve ever weighed in my life is this left photo - 198 lbs on 04/08/2013.
I have a 2 1/2 year old son, and before I was pregnant I had an eating disorder and had starved myself because I’ve always had such hard problems with losing and maintaining weight, and before my disorder I had weighed about 160 lbs. After I had my son, I then became nearly 200 lbs in under a year and had severe depression.
Now, right photo, I have finally decided to lose weight the right way, and changed my entire diet, started exercising regularly and that has given me more energy and I feel much better about myself now than I have in the past 4 years. - 186 lbs on 04/25/2013.
I don’t see much of a difference personally as being thinner, but I have noticed my legs and butt are a lot more firm and formed. Which I’m perfectly fine with!
