Hey! This is not exactly a before and after, it’s a before and during. My highest weight ever was around 158-160. I just didn’t feel good. I kinda lost weight without trying and was 149 lbs when I started my real weight loss journey about 4 weeks ago. I’m weighing in at about 141 when I checked last time, but I’m also bloated with water weight. All done healthy, eating clean but not depriving myself of what I need everyone in a while! Still have to get down to 110-115, which is what my doctor recommended for my health. But I’ll stop whenever I’m happy. Now I’m running. Signed up for a half marathon next Feb. and I’m super excited! Just remember to keep on going and never quit. I can’t imagine how awesome I feel being just a few pounds lighter.
