Hi everyone, I’m Tatiana. I have BED and anxiety and decided, yet again, to try recovery and develop a healthier lifestyle. I haven’t binged in the time span of the pictures and I’ve been eating more nutritious foods as well as working out 4-6 times a week with cardio and strength training.
