I am 5’4.I started my weight loss journey at 328, January 11th. It is now 5 months since I started and I’ve lost 62 pounds so far. I’ve been on every diet you can imagine since I was 12, but only did it for my dad never for myself. Until finally when I was 18 I stepped on the scale for the first time in almost a year and saw 328 and my heart dropped and knew I had to do something. So the first time, I’m loosing weight for myself and no one else. Clean eating and exercising really does work and this is the smallest I’ve seen in myself in years. The pant size in the first picture is a 26 the pant size in the second picture is an 18! My journey has a long way, but I’m here to tell you If I can do it anyone can. (:
In the before picture (top), I weigh 193 lbs.
In the during picture (bottom), I weigh 157 lbs!
I did it all with weight watchers the past 4 months!

I’m so glad I took a progress picture! My stomach was actually the one thing I thought didn’t change much but LOOK AT IT. Note, the first picture wasn’t my highest weight. About two or three years ago I was up at 165lbs. I cannot believe I’ve lost almost thirty pounds. And since December I’ve felt so discouraged with the occasional binge and the not-so-occasional cheat I assumed there was little to no progress, despite what the scale said. Now I know to just stick to it and good things will happen!!
Omg I’m so excited, only about ten/fifteen to go until my dreeeeam weight. :’)
I’m 5”4, currently weighing 79.1kg (174.3lbs) and I’m super happy with my progress :)
I have been pretty much in the 170-180 range for months now and it really has been bringing me down, but I have to remember that the scale isn’t my only indicator!
I’ve been doing high-intensity cardio 4-5 times a week and cleaning up my food a bit!

Hey everyone i’m not at my goal weight,but working on getting there!
Starting: 210 pounds
I finally decided to stop moaning and do something, after having put on almost 40lbs at university. Before uni I was about 60kg (132lbs). 3 years later, I gained a degree, but also gained 40lbs. I started eating healtily and going to the gym/aerobics classes 3/4 times a week. I’ve got a little bit further to go, but I’m happy with my progress :) Also, not sure if they are making any difference, but been taking Acai tablets.
5’4”, 22years old, UK.
SW - 173lbs (78.6kg)
CW - 149lbs (67.5kg)
GW - 130lbs (59kg)
I’m 5’4” and this is about 15 lbs. of difference. I am a vegan, avid runner and weight lifter. I got where I am through clean eating and hard work and realizing that the scale does not define me.
I’m 5’4 and it’s a work in process but I’m slowly doing it :)

I have been going to the gym everyday for about 40min to an hour doing cardio and some core work and I’ve been trying to eat better (and it’s really hard living on-campus cafeteria food :/ ). I’ve given myself a deadline to be near or at my goal weight (135- 140lbs) because I know that by having a deadline it will motivate me even more to not give up. It’s hard work and I’m willing to do it :)

The left was me at my biggest weight of 241 and the right is me currently at 190. I was on the hcg program doing the shots. For now i am going to maintain my weight because i don’t want to push myself to drop dress sizes in less than a month before prom. After that i will continue to focus on it but i feel great! I am 5’3 or 5’4 and 18 next week.
