I am 4’11” and I began losing weight by just eating less, doing a few workouts every day, and drinking lots of water! I found this dress in my closet and I thought I’d try it on again since I’ve lost weight

Height: 4’10 / Before: 102 / After: 99

This is proof that scales are useless at measuring progress that one’s made in their fitness journeys. Although I’m only 3 pounds lighter, much of the fat on my body has been replaced with lean muscle mass. In 2012, I went from 120 lbs to 92 lbs. There wasn’t much to my body back then in terms of fat and also in terms of muscle. After I gained some of the weight back, I decided to recommit myself to pursuing the body I want. I wanted to reveal my progress photo to illustrate that squats work, lifting / toning works, clean eating works and above all dedication pays off. I’m proud of how far I’ve overcome and achieved thus far; this is only the beginning.

Before and After Pictures!

couldn’t see change, until today!! when i tried on this dress again. I am so excited!!!! i’m like radiating with happiness. my hard work and IS paying off. ahhhhhh!!! :D

i have a long way to go, but seeing that this is really working gave me sooooo much motivation. yay yay!!!

Age: 19 Height: 5’1 SW: 180 CW: 168 UGW: 115 :D

I didn’t really organize this, but for the most part I hope the difference is noticeable. The top, is all before. And the bottom is after.

I am 5’1, currently 125 pounds. I want to get down to 115-110 though. My journey started before I began documenting my journey.

The highest I’ve ever weighed was 187. The photos of me from prom, I’m around 165-175.

I was the type of person that blamed my weight on genetics, and would complain about my body and continue gorging on greasy bacon burgers, extra mayo and make that a diet soda. It’s taken me over a year to get this far and I’m still not done yet. I dropped all the junk food and candies and traded in for salads and chicken and turkey bacon. I started eating whole wheat bread and whole grain pasta. Yogurts, fruit, and WATER. Honestly I can’t eat junk food now if I tried, my body doesn’t agree with it at all. I also started working out, a lot. No food tastes as good as the feeling of being proud of yourself. I can say, though, that this has not been easy. But it has been worth it.

I’m 17 y-o, 178 cm high and this is my 2 months progress.

I dropped 7 kgs (15.5 lbs) by eating clean. I am a really lazy ass so I didn’t exercise as much as I should, but I’m still proud of the results.

My highest weight was 88 kgs when I was 14-15. And since August 2011 I’ve lost 11 kgs.

The before (the one on the bottom left) was taken a month ago when I first started eating better (aka moderation not deprivation) and the Insanity workouts. I’m losing the weight without losing the curves so I’m pretty happy about that.

With my current diet and exercise, I lose around 2-3 lbs a week. This is the first time I went about losing weight the healthy and natural way. My goal weight is around 135-140 but I’m so over obsessing about the numbers. I’m not a fit blog at all, but feel free to ask about Insanity from the perspective of a TOTAL newbie. I mean…seriously, I was dead after the first day.

(: Good luck and let’s do this guys !

This is the beginning and middle of my journey.  The before picture was taken in December of 2011, but is the same weight (275) as I was when I started Weight Watchers in January 2012. The after picture was taken in July 2012.  At that time I had lost 43 pounds.  My goal is to lose 110 pounds, and I’m well on my way!!  Please feel free to follow my journey at weightwatchersismylife.tumblr.com

My start weight in the first picture was probably around almost 200 pounds, and about 170 in the during picture. I’m down another 10 since then, and I still have 30 more pounds to go until my goal weight. I feel great about myself, and I want to help others get to where they want to be! So, feel free to follow me here!

I am a mom of 3 and while my prepregnancy weight was 108, my highest postpregnancy weight after my last baby was nearly 180 lbs. I have completely dedicated myself to a lifestyle change and through the changes I have made I’ve almost reached my goal of 110 (I’m currently 125). All three of my babies were delivered via c-section as well so  I see it as great progress in the short 8 months since I started!
