Already submitted, but toned up a bit since.
270 pounds —> 170 pounds in 1.5 years
The far right is me in 2011, the far left is today. This is two years of hard work and a big lifestyle change. After severe calorie restriction and other failed attempts to lose fat, weightlifting and healthy eating is by far the most sustainable and enjoyable way to do it.
Your focus should be on fat loss and health rather than just weight loss. Enjoy life, don’t restrict yourself.

I started to lift and incorporate sprints into my workouts. In addition, eating a ton more veggies to substitute junk foods. Baby carrots ftw!

159lbs to about 134lbs
Just some progress. Down around 55-60 lbs and I can see my progress most in my tummy. I have another 40 I’m thinking about losing. So we’ll see how that goes!
This was my weight loss after only 4 weeks of healthy eating and and exercise.
Eating clean (hardly any processed foods) and healthy, kick boxing 2x a week, running once or twice a week, mostly vegetarian lifestyle :) I would love to see the number 130 glowing on the scale, but the scale can be bull; I just want to be healthy, fit, toned and happy!
