The far right is me in 2011, the far left is today. This is two years of hard work and a big lifestyle change. After severe calorie restriction and other failed attempts to lose fat, weightlifting and healthy eating is by far the most sustainable and enjoyable way to do it. 

Your focus should be on fat loss and health rather than just weight loss. Enjoy life, don’t restrict yourself.
